This applies to software, data and documentation. Software refers to application programs, screen layouts, and including all other facilities that have been developed by HAL Computing Pty Ltd (Australia). Data refers to all graphic (visual), numeric or alphabetic information displayed, stored or calculated by the application software. Documentation refers to the installation/user guide, on-line help facility, licence agreement and any other materials which provide information about the product.

All copyright material is provided for use under this licence agreement and must only be used in accordance to the terms of the licence agreement.

No full or partial reproduction or reverse engineering is allowed in any form, whether electronic, photographic, mechanical or other means without the prior written permission of HAL Computing Pty Ltd (Australia).

TERMS OF USE

Registration allows the use of Moon Phase Oracle for one computer only. The installed copy of Moon Phase Oracle must not be accessed via a network device of any type to service multiple users. Individual copies of Moon Phase Oracle must be registered equivalent to the maximum number of users for the software purchased. Each user must register the installed copy of Moon Phase Oracle within the registration expiry period after first use.

WARRANTY

HAL Computing Pty Ltd (Australia) warrants you that the software will perform substantially in accordance to all documentation provided.

LIABILITY

This software is provided by the copyright holder "as is" and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall HAL Computing Pty Ltd (Australia) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
